Online shop terms & conditions

Placing an order
To make a purchase in the online shop, just click on the 'Add to cart' button underneath the item and it will be added to your shopping cart. Then click on 'Proceed to checkout' to pay via Paypal.

Payment
All payments are processed by Paypal (click here to learn more about Paypal). You don't have to have a Paypal account, and Paypal allows you to pay with your credit card, debit card, or from your bank account. It's a secure method of payment and Newcastle Craft Mafia cannot access any of your bank or card details.

Shipping

All prices include postage and packaging, and, unless otherwise stated, your goods will be posted within three working days of payment being received. Goods are dispatched by the individual Newcastle Craft Mafia member who has created the item.

If a package doesn't arrive, contact us on mail@newcastlecraftmafia.com and we will either send a replacement or refund you. Any customs charges which might apply to various countries are the buyer's responsibility.

Refunds and Exchanges

If there is something wrong with the item when you receive it, let us know and anything faulty will be either refunded or replaced. We want you to be happy with your Newcastle Craft Mafia purchase!
